“Type” coin seekers will enjoy this lot of (30) U.S. coins including (27) silver issues. With a date range of 1853-1955 this group displays in a variety of grades from BU to AG. The key items in this accumulation are (2) 1891-CC “Morgan” silver dollars, coins with Carson City mint marks are highly prized and rank among the most sought after numismatic items. Other highlights are (6) Three cent pieces (3) of which are silver types, (2) silver half-dimes, (4) “Seated Liberty” half dollars, (2) silver commemorative half dollars and (2) high grade “Franklin” halves including the coveted 1955 date. Rounding out this lot are (7) “Seated Liberty” dimes, a “Mercury” dime, (2) “Seated Liberty” quarters, a “Barber” quarter and a “Walking Liberty “ half dollar.

Morgan silver dollars: (2) 1891-CC (1-XF, 1-F, improperly cleaned)

Seated Liberty silver half dollars: 1853-O w/arrows at date (G), 1855 w/arrows at date (G), 1856-O (VF, heavy scratch at 7 o’clock), 1858 (F, holed)

Other silver half dollars: 1943 Walking Liberty (AU/BU), 1949 Franklin half (BU, strong almost full Bell lines), 1955 Franklin half (BU)

Silver quarters: 1856 Seated Liberty (VF), 1876 Seated Liberty (G), 1904 Barber (XF, scattered black discoloring)

Seated Liberty dimes: 1853 w/arrows at date (F), (2) 1856 (1-F, 1-VG with environmental damage), 1883 (AG, damaged), 1885 (VF, holed), (2) 1991 (1-F with environmental damage, 1-VG)

Other silver dime: 1940-S Mercury (BU, obverse thumb print, reverse top & bottom bands split, center band flat)

Seated Liberty silver half-dimes: 1853 with arrows at date (VF, scattered black discoloring), 1854 with arrows at date (F)

Silver three cent pieces: 1851 (G), 1852 (AG, partial date), 1855 (AG, partial date)

Nickel three cent pieces: 1865 (G, numerous scratches), 1866 (F), 1870 (VG, soiling at 6 o’clock)
