Description

While they struggled mightily in the standings and at the gate, the original Washington Senators were championed on the Broadway stage. These (2) baseballs are respectively autographed by members of the 1949 and 1950 installments. The medium-toned OAL Harridge orbs (both grade 5) showcase black-ink signatures whose strengths range from (8) to (5). Keys include: 1949 (29 signatures) with Ferrell (coach), Haynes and Scarborough; 1950 (26 signatures) with Altrock (coach), Harris (manager) and Vernon. Individual full photo LOAs from JSA.
