As Major League Baseball was introduced north of the border, this Montreal Expos jacket was worn by one of the expansion franchise’s players during the 1970s. The blue nylon button-down garment features the club’s curvaceous logo sewn to the left breast in red-white-and-blue twill. The collar is comprised of red stretch ribbed cotton, while blue stretch ribbed cotton lines the waistline and sleeve endings. Within the collar, a “Wilson” size “46” label is accompanied by a leather hanger. Shows phenomenal wear! More on our website.

The jacket is all original with no repairs or alterations. Among the telltale signs of wear are paint loss on the metallic buttons, edge wear and minor fabric separation along the button path and two small fabric tears at the lower front. Additionally, the leather strips lining the front pocket openings show wear and cracking.
