Description

Showcasing different styles from different eras, these (2) San Diego Padres jerseys were respectively donned by two well-traveled pitchers during their stays in the Mission Valley. The knit garments feature proper twill identifiers and correct tagging. Each shows light to moderate wear. Includes: 1983 Dennis Rasmussen gold-colored pullover warm-up, number “27” (size “XX-L”); 1999 Andy Ashby white button-down, number “43”; signed in silver marker on back “4” (“8-9” strength), size “48.” More on our website.

1983 Dennis Rasmussen Game-Worn Padres Warm-Up Jersey a gold-colored knit pullover garment with “SD” sewn to the left breast in orange-on-brown twill and “27” sewn to the back in like fashion. In solid brown block-style twill characters, "RASMUSSEN" is arched atop the number. Brown-yellow-and-orange striped stretch ribbed knit lines the zippered collar, waistline and sleeve endings and the collar’s interior is home to a vintage “Majestic” label and size “XX-L” tag.

1999 Andy Ashby Signed Game-Worn Padres Home Jersey a white knit button-down garment with “PADRES” angled across the chest in blue twill and “43” sewn to the back in like fashion. In solid blue twill, “43” is sewn to the left front and “ASHBY” is arched atop the back number in block-style characters. Blue piping lines the collar, button path and sleeve endings and a Padres 30th anniversary logo patch adorns the left sleeve. On the angled portion of the back “4,” Ashby’s silver marker autograph projects (“8-9”) strength and clarity. The tapered left front tail is home to a “Russell Athletic” size “48” label, a fabric content tag and a flap tag denoting “3” Extra Body Length.”
