You will be breathing rare air with this beautiful NGC graded “No S” 1990 proof set. Each of the (5) coins in this set has earned a PF68 or PF69 UC “ultra cameo” designation from the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation. The key item in this issue is the one-cent coin missing the “S” mint mark which should be present on proof coins produced at the San Francisco mint. It is estimated that only 3,500 of this "No S" variety were produced.
