Issued to and autographed by Ryan Zimmerman during a season in which he hit his 100th career round-tripper and posted his first-ever .300-plus batting average, this 2010 Louisville Slugger “C353” block-letter weapon exhibits all the attributes of outstanding game use by the All-Star third baseman. Uncracked, the (33.8-oz.34-1/2”) maple lumber is signed by Zimmerman in black marker (“9” strength) between the manufacturer’s logo detail and barrel stampings. Use characteristics include ball and deeply embedded stitch marks, as well as ink transfers from OML baseballs. Generous applications of pine tar and another gripping agent extend from a knob to the logo decal. The knob and cupped and are home to black marker notations of “11” and the former location features weight, length and manufacture date stampings. Auction LOA from PSA/DNA (for bat only).
